The Power Lift Pro Select Chin Dip Assist is a member of Power Lift’s selectorized line of equipment. This chin up/dip machine can efficiently scale dips and chin ups to help recovering athletes or those looking to gain more muscle. The knee pad can be moved for unassisted chin ups/dips as well.

Upon my arrival at Wasps I was given the opportunity to create a gym space that I had always wanted to work in.
